Overview
Assist with Los Angeles Branch Administration team with HR and general administration tasks.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile employees’ time and attendance records of the Branch;
- Assist in coordinating trainings, and keep detailed training records of the Branch;
- Assist with employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes at the branch level;
- Assist with expatriate staff management;
- Assist with Human Resources related documents;
- Assist in preparing monthly staff news and other reports;
- Assist with staff events and other employee related activities.
- Other administrative tasks assigned by supervisor and/or the Branch Management.
Qualifications
- Ability to multi-task, adapt well to changing priorities, and effectively prioritize workflow to meet deadlines;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- High degree of professionalism quality work and attendance;
- Good analytical, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Pay Range
Actual salary is commensurate with candidate’s relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications.
