Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for bank customer account maintenance for new and existing customers. Additional daily tasks may include but are not limited to, daily balancing of internal accounts, approving company wire transactions, and answering the company phone from bank internal staff and bank customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or bank deposit products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to custoemr needs effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in CRM software is highly desirable.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
