Position Overview:
As a Bilingual Retail Sales Representative at Bank of Luxemburg, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships while delivering exceptional banking services. In this customer-facing role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your bilingual skills to assist both English- and Spanish-speaking customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service. You will be responsible for a mix of account relationship management, new account development, teller transactions, and receptionist duties. Theis is a full-time position, working 35-40 hours per week with the expectation of working 1-2 Saturday mornings per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Account Relationships: Provide ongoing support to customers, ensuring their needs are met, resolving inquires, and offering solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.
- Develop New Account Relationships: Actively seek out and engage potential clients, promoting Bank of Luxemburg's products and services to expand our customer base.
- Process Teller Transactions: Accurately process a variety of customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
- Receptionist Duties: Greet and direct customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing them with the necessary assistance or referring them to the appropriate team member

Qualifications & Skills
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in banking, customer service, or a similar sales-oriented environment
Skills: Strong customer service and sales skills, attention to detail, organizational abilities, and proficiency in both English and Spanish
Work Ethic: A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to contribute to the bank's culture of teamwork and continuous improvement
