What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Loan Operations Document Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Loan Operations team by ensuring smooth and efficient processing of loan documents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as a Loan Operations Processor: You’ll ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and processed in a timely manner.
- Balancing: Accuracy is key, and you’ll be responsible for ensuring all loan-related transactions balance correctly.
- Acting as a Backup Support to the Loan Operations Administrator: You’ll provide essential support when needed, ensuring the team runs seamlessly.
Schedule & Hours:
We offer a 35-40 hours per week schedule, Monday through Friday. No weekends or late nights—just a steady workweek that allows you to enjoy your time outside of work.

Qualifications & Skills
What We’re Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in the financial industry (or equivalent) and possess the following skills:
- Attention to detail: You spot the little things that others might miss.
- Multitasking & Time management: You’re great at juggling multiple tasks while working within deadlines.
- Basic computer skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office is a must.
