Business Services Associate

Bank of Marin, voted by our employees as one of the “Best Places to Work” in the North Bay Business Journal, is seeking a Business Services Associate to join our Business Services team located in either our office in Rancho Cordova, California or our corporate office in Novato, California.

This position is responsible for the implementation, training, and ongoing support to Bank clients utilizing any and all Cash Management services. In addition, is a resource to internal departments and branch officer. Provides outstanding service to all-external and internal clients in order to contribute to the Bank’s Mission Statement which is to be the Bank of Choice within our service area. Banking and/or Cash Management Services experience preferred but not required.

Professional / Educational Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and/or one year certificate from college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience

6 months - 1 year related experience and/or training

The hiring pay range for this position is $23.05 to $32.74. In addition to the pay range listed, all bank positions are eligible for incentive compensation, which varies based on role. The pay rate for a successful applicant depends on a variety of factors including but not limited to geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
