Job Responsibilities :
- Identifies trends and patterns to address identified business questions and provide insights through reporting and data visualization techniques.
- Supports an efficient and effective Compliance risk management function by designing and building automated processes, tools, and analytical reporting capabilities to improve workflow and decision making.
- Ensures data strategy and management practices are aligned in support of business objectives.
- Establishes, maintains, periodically reviews, and recommends changes to data governance policies and standards.
- Develops predictive models and leverages big data technology to design solutions that deliver smarter business decisions, improve customer experience, and drive productivity.
- Monitors and reports on data management requirements.
- Acts as integration point for triaging business requests and managing demand for data support as part of a multi-year roadmap.
- Manages data quality issues and articulates business cases to prove business value.
- Supports the research and development of stress testing and scenario analysis methodologies and related strategies in support of the management of risks arising from changes in the market and external factors.
