We are currently searching for a creative Marketing & Digital Media Specialist to join our innovative team at Bank of New Hampshire! This is a full-time position located at our Main Office in Laconia, the heart of New Hampshire's Lakes Region.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for designing, developing, executing, and monitoring marketing programs across a variety of channels in support of the Bank’s brand standards and the Marketing Departments goals. Develops and executes a defined social media strategy that supports marketing and customer support initiatives while increasing brand equity and online awareness.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops, writes, and implements social media strategy to align with overall Bank goals
- Tracks marketing programs such as email, digital and social media campaigns, internal/external newsletters, events and more
- Analyzes web analytics and reports on performance and efficiency of campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
- Collaborate with internal departments to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
- Provides insights on SEM performance and manages website content for optimal SEO & SEM visibility
- Manages all social media activities to include creating, posting and tracking content, and responding to comments and reviews to help reinforce brand reputation
- Assist in the facilitation of internal and external sponsorship's and events including set up, coordinating use of event tickets and other deliverables in conjunction with the Marketing Officer
- Provides task management support with willingness to perform other related duties as assigned
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Advertising, or related field
- Two to four years of experience in marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project & PowerPoint)
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and is not afraid to step outside the box
- Skilled and creative in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
- Strong prioritization, organization, project management skills and ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization
- Ability to travel as necessary to support company events
