Compliance Representative

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) validation reviews
  1. Review required loan data components for accuracy with loan file and adherence to regulatory requirements. 
• Begin to perform residential mortgage quality control audits.
• Compile and research data for reports distributed to various teams.
• Other duties as assigned.

 Qualifications:

• High School diploma (or equivalent) is required.
• Prior loan documentation and/ or HMDA experience (2-4 years) is preferred.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Detail oriented and able to handle high volume workloads.
• Must be able to work independently and problem solve effectively.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products is required.
• Previous experience with banking products like Navigator and Encompass is preferred.

Job Specifications:

• Position location: fully remote eligibility within one hour of the headquarter branch.
• Please note training for this position will be in-person.
• Selected candidate will be required to attend certain functions/meetings in-person throughout the year.

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is $36,000.00 - $42,000.00, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, compensation may include bonuses, benefits, and other incentives.
