What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loan Administration & Collateral Clerk position at Bank of Sunset and Trust Company?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Clerk to join our team with a minimum two years of banking experience in maintaining loan files and ensuring accurate documentation in order to minimize the Bank's risk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring regulatory loan compliance and guarantees that loans comply with loan policy and adhere to safe and sound banking practices.
Responsibilities include but not limited to maintaining mortgages, UCC's, tracking ticklers for loans, reviewing insurance documents and force placing insurance when necessary, processing closed out loans and releasing collateral securing the loans, uploading Equifax reports on a monthly basis, maintaining Letters of Credit, etc.
