Position Overview
The Marketing team is a critical component of the Bank's success, providing strategic and operational supports that enable the exceptional delivery of our banking products and services. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the Bank's online presence through multiple digital channels and platforms. This individual will collaborate with digital product owners to promote usage and to promote the Bank's products and services.
This a hybrid position and will require being open to traveling to different offices / locations as needed.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Liaises with internal teams to execute a comprehensive digital banking plan that supports strategic objectives.
- Manages the bank's digital channels and implements programs that generate business opportunities.
- Maintains and monitors client communication and outreach efforts through email, and other CRM tools.
- Tracks and analyses the performance of digital products and platforms.
- Responsible for Search Engine Marketing and driving Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to generate dynamic user experiences.
- Conducts detailed website analysis with a focus on crawlability, architecture and site content & completes website audits, such as SEO audits.
- Oversees online citations to promote brand awareness.
- Performs competitive research to identify competitor strategies and provide risk assessments.
- Management of the Bank's digital marketing efforts, utilizing tools such as the Bank's website, digital, direct mail and social media.
- Manages website architecture and content.
- With the marketing team, develops and executes on the Bank's overall marketing strategy and annual marketing / communications / advertising plans.
- Consistently delivers outstanding client service while providing premiere client satisfaction with a can-do attitude and willingness to help at all times.
- Acts as a cultural ambassador to internal and external clients, providing a professional, exceptional, and supportive experience with each interaction.
