Job Summary: The Loan Administrator supports our lending staff by requesting loan documents, maintaining loan files and retaining all supporting loan documentation. The Loan Administrator will ensure that all loans and loan documentation is in compliance with regulations and bank policies and procedures.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
· Work with the Lenders and Processors to finalize pre-closing and post-closing documentation standards verifying that appraisals, flood determinations, title work, government filings, credit reports, process loan closing fees and any other underwriting documentation and checklists have been requested, received and completed to ensure accuracy.
· Ensure flood notice is sent to the customer and flood insurance is in place prior to closing when a loan is secured by real estate located in a Special Flood Hazard Area.
· Ensure that all liens are filed in a timely and accurate manner.
· Work with the lender to determine if collateral needs to be released.
· Assist the lender with gathering information from the borrower and scheduling and conducting loan closings as requested.
· Responsible for maintaining loan files to ensure that all documentation is in the file.
· Save all loan documentation to the bank’s electronic filing system.
· Provide necessary loan documentation to book loans on the bank’s core system.
· Ensure that all loan denials are sent to the applicant to ensure that regulatory deadlines are met.
· Assist the lender with inputting financials into the lending platform and preparing loan memorandums as requested.
· Assist with preparation of loan files and documentation requests for internal and external audits and exams.
· Assist customers with loan transactions, questions and research.
· Perform additional duties and responsibilities as directed.

Education and Experience
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· Previous loan operations experience is preferred.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
