We are currently looking for Full Time Deposit Operations Specialist to work Monday-Friday at our Main Branch located at 2627 Washington Blvd. Ogden, UT.
Summary:
Responsible for the reporting and operational inspection of reports. They will support the Branch Operations Specialist (BOS) and branches by performing daily tasks and audits. They will assist the branches by answering calls and emails daily.
Essential Job Functions
· Processing overdraft applications
· Daily Cash-line balancing
· Answer Branch operational questions
· Update/process missing work/error tracking report
· Update/ process outstanding session reports
· Process the overdraft letters
· Prepare charge-offs on accounts and overdraft lines of credit
· Process the daily non- posts
· Review several reports from their assigned branches
· New account review- inspection of account documents for assigned branches
· Dormant account review/ Escheatment processing – letters, research and gathering items
· Month end reconciliation on CDARS/ICS
· New employee set ups in teller, Harland Clarke
· Status alert tracking
· Savings bond inspection and report review
· Gather documents for audit requests
· Account Maintenance review
· Support branches when Branch Operations Specialist is absent
- Other duties as assigned
Experience, Skills, and Education
- Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 3 years of branch banking experience.
- Good organizational skills.
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Technical ability to input and retrieve computerized information. Exceptional organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting professionally with customers and other employees.
Working Conditions
- Work is performed primarily in a pleasant office environment. Prolonged sitting and mental and visual concentration for computer and equipment usage required
- Attendance is an essential function of the job.
Wage up to $25/hr. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications and experience.
