Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Bank Plus, you will be our customers' first point of contact, providing exceptional service in person and through video teller services. You will assist with various financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, while using a cash recycler for efficient and accurate cash handling.
You’ll also help customers navigate online banking tools, resolve inquiries, and collaborate with the team to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and online banking services.
- Handle cash transactions using a cash recycler, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide solutions, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve bank goals and ensure smooth operations.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support daily operations.
Job Specifications:
- Supervision: Works under supervision with limited independent judgment.
- Status: Full-time with benefits (401(k), health insurance, Paid Time Off).
- Training: Online and hands-on training provided by Bank Plus.
- Review: Performance review after 90 days.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail in cash handling with a cash recycler
- Ability to assist with online banking and resolve customer issues
- Previous customer service experience preferred
