Primary Responsibilities

• Serve as the point person for all new data related initiatives supporting Marketing, Lending, Retail and Deposit Operations, and Accounting.
• Work with various departments to understand data needs of the department then manage data-driven projects from start to completion to meet those needs.
• Create new ways to present usable data-based approaches to grow loans and deposits, including proactive lead generation and potential strategic initiatives.
• Learn and utilize existing data-based tools and information to grow loans and deposits.
• The analyst will also provide CNB with more efficiencies by automating queries and formulas using scripts/BI tools, etc.
• A successful candidate in the role will be creating and producing reports, accessing data files, creating various dashboards and being capable of creating effective presentations through the data produced for each of the areas of the bank that will be supported. 

• May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience, Education, Skills

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Business Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience with Fiserv Premier Core, Business Analytics, Director, Prologue, and companion applications is a plus.
• Work experience as a data analyst in the financial services/banking space or in a related field with a strong understanding of marketing analytics, data manipulation, and interpretation.
• Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Experience with SQL or other database querying languages is highly desirable.
• High-level written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
