Responsibilities This position is responsible for providing services and support to add to the continued growth of the Bank. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Processing and verifying all real estate taxes that are paid on all Accounts that are escrow borrowers. • Maintaining unpaid tax exception reports. • Paying Insurance and Real Estate Tax Bills for all Escrow customers. • Processing lending-related payments. • Preparing payoff statements. • Monitoring and Follow-up on all insurance coverage on loan collateral (i.e. Property, vehicles, Business Assets, etc.) • Entering and updating client information. • Overseeing sub-servicers (i.e. Insurance Brokers/Companies, Tax Counties, etc.) • Cross training in all functions of loan servicing. • Complete maintenance requests. • Assisting Loan Manager in all functions and special projects as assigned. • Provide communication and other support to areas outside of the Loan Service Department to promote key initiatives including growth, efficiency, lending team experience and customer experience. • Performing other duties, as assigned. Qualifications
Education Requirements • High School education required. Equivalent, related, work experience will be considered. Additional AIB and/or business courses and seminars geared toward additional banking advancement recommended. • A minimum of 3 years of related experience is required; experience in banking or professional financial services is preferred. • A broad knowledge of banking and department operations, policies and procedures preferred
