- Negotiate loan terms with clients and communicate effectively with underwriting teams.
- Collaborate with escrow agents to facilitate the closing process of loans.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TILA regulations and compliance standards in the lending industry.
- Utilize financial software to manage client information and track loan progress.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.
