Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Performs basic tasks to support Lockbox Operations such as routine scanning, editing or data entry, filing, communication to clients, audit functions, purging files, inputting fee related activity, adding, deleting, or changing client email addresses as needed and internal client support.
- Makes process improvement recommendations to improve the workflow, specific customer activity, working conditions, or any area within the department.
- Researches Lockbox related issues and provides business clients or bank personnel with appropriate and timely resolution.
- Provides telephone and email support for Lockbox related activities to Sales Staff, Internal Department Staff and Branch Employees.
- Participates in problem solving to help address unique customer situations.
- May be asked to participate in special projects (i.e. conversion, release, disaster recovery, system upgrades)
- Participates in acquisitions conversions or de-conversions as assigned.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed to Perform Essential Functions of the Job
- Ability to multi-task, focus and pay close attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to commute to main Lockbox processing center in Cincinnati, OH as needed for Disaster Recovery, training exercises, or critical events.
- Adaptable to flexible schedule based on workload demands.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customer Service experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Basic Computer Skills
Preferred Knowledge and Skills
- Prior clerical/data entry experience
- Banking experience
- Lockbox processing experience
Level of Complexity and Scope
- Entry Level to Intermediate, with some routine tasks.
Degree of Independence and Decision-Making
- Must be self-motivated and can work independently and as a team.
Required Supervisory Responsibilities
Physical Requirements
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
- Occasionally lifts and carries up to 20 lbs.
- Occasionally moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.
- Constantly operates machinery to assist with work preparation and scanning.
