Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for assigned Affluent Client Segment Book of Business
- Create/Expand Affluent Book of Business
- Primary focus on retaining and expanding consumer relationships – current affluent book and drive new affluent households
- Drive and build trust in affluent segment for greater client retention and loyalty
- Drive collaboration with Wealth, Business Banking and Mortgage line of business partners
- Driving a high level of client experience
- Proactive, consultation approach – Client Contact Strategy
- Measured by NPS/Gallup
- Utilize Technology/Digital to increase client contact points
- Engaging in the Community
- Drive Net New Affluent Households from the community
- Creating and obtaining Center of Influences (ex: CPA, Estate/Trust Attorneys)
- Premier Business Bank Strategy – Bank the Owner
- Ability and understanding to engage in business needs
- Primary serve Bank the Owner Strategy
- Referrals directly to Business Development Specialist for business needs
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed to Perform Essential Functions of the Job:
- 7 years demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals in financial services role
- Prior relationship management experience with clients is required
- Demonstrated success with consultative, needs-based selling
- Extensive product knowledge related to consumer deposits, business deposits, investments, consumer loans, business loans and treasury management.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Desire to pursue professional financial designation (CFP®, CWS, ChFC, etc.) preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
- Prior experience in Private Banking, Preferred Banking or Wealth Advisor role
Physical Requirements:
- Occasionally lifts and carries up to 20 lbs.
- Frequently lifts and carries up to 10 lbs.
- Occasionally walks.
- Frequently sits, stand and drives.
