Essential Functions/Responsibilities
Act as the IT Change Management Admin to oversee all aspects of the IT Change Management Program
Manage all aspects of the Hardware and Software Asset Management module including CMDB for accuracy and stabilization
Manage all aspects of the Service Catalog and related Self-Service Portal
Configure and administer workflow solutions in a reliable and consistent manner
Administration and support of ServiceNow reporting and dashboards
Troubleshoot and support ServiceNow custom built applications
Participate in ongoing production support and end user support and training
Manage the ServiceNow license and contract management in alignment with the IT Support Manager
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed to Perform Essential Functions of the Job
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a related field, or an equivalent and appropriate combination of education and experience.
At least of 2 years ServiceNow administration experience
Working knowledge of ServiceNow core architecture, especially modules such as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Knowledge
Experience in requirements gathering and analysis
Skill to effectively analyze and solve problems
Passion for providing great customer service
Ability to work directly with internal clients
Create, maintain and enhance team Dashboards and reporting, including scheduled reports
Maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups and Roles
Configure User Accounts, Groups and Roles. Create custom Roles where necessary
Create and maintain request items and descriptions
Evaluate and configure systems for better performance
Knowledge/Understanding of JavaScripting and/or any related programing languages.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills
(ServiceNow) Certified System Administrator or related certifications
Familiarity with Asset and CMDB
Ability to write client and server scripts (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, JSON and other scripting languages); UI Actions; UI Policies; Business Rules
Working knowledge of design, development and operation of databases and web pages
Expertise in Configure Notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc.

Receives minimal guidance, gives subject-matter expertise to advise others, etc.
