Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 Salary/year

Description
- Promote safety and lead by example, providing training to those in the field and at the branch warehouse location (This position is also responsible for warehouse management.)
- Manage the field crews (which includes site visits, organizing training programs, and assisting crews with quality control)
- Receive work orders and scheduling incoming jobs, assigning the correct crews and communicating with each crew daily
- Act as the project manager, completing site visits to ensure the installation is progressing or completed, and communicating with the customer regarding the status of the job
- Evaluate and provide performance reviews, including interviewing and hiring/terminating employment as needed
- Coordinate with the corporate mechanic shop manager to update vehicle/truck maintenance records and scheduling
Qualifications
- Construction and/or insulation experience a plus (including batts, blow-in, and spray foam/radiant barrier spray)
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with an understanding of quality assurance
- An effective leader and communicator, with patience and understanding, in order to train field employees with no prior knowledge of insulation products
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans, as well as have the ability to communicate with customers regarding the status of their job
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have a clean driving record for the past 5 years and be at least be at least 21 years old
- Ability to climb ladders and scaffolds at multi-story homes and commercial buildings, along with the ability to safely climb in and out of small and non-climate-controlled environments (attics, crawlspaces, etc.)
- Understands and prioritizes workplace and construction site safety, creating a safety training program and ensuring all branch employees understand and follow the safety plan and procedures
- Ability to lift heavy items and withstand exposure to heat, dust, and other weather/construction site conditions
Paid training and salary offered for this role (based on experience). A company vehicle will be provided for use to drive to and from branch location and commercial and residential sites.
