Description
Banker Insulation is currently searching for a Sales Coordinator for the Chandler AZ branch. This role will support all eight Arizona Branches and one in Albuquerque, NM. The schedule for this role is Monday-Friday from 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. $23-$25 per hour DOE
This is not a remote position.
Duties:
- Build client base of commercial and residential contractors and well as one time owner builders.
- Making cold calls and follow up on a daily basis.
- Utilize permit lists and other resources as leads for cold calls with the intent to secure the opportunity to bid. Follow up with written communication as necessary.
- Perform on-line research to obtain additional information on clients as necessary to complete communication.
- Obtain plans, scope specifications and other pertinent information from prospective clients and provide to the estimating and sales team.
- Manage and organize bids and other project information for sales team follow up.
- Track sales team follow up.
- Communicate updates and imp23.00ortant information to the team and monitor progress on project bids.
- Provide a high level of customer service for our clients
- Collect and analyze data, develop timetables for projects and meet deadlines
