What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Laborer position at Banker Insulation?
Banker Insulation is an independently owned Arizona company that has been in business since 1977. The company specializes in the installation of insulation products at both residential and commercial sites. Banker Insulation is currently searching for a Construction Laborer at the ABQ, NM branch.

Duties:
- Install or service rain gutters at commercial and/or residential sites
- Install insulation products at commercial and residential sites
- Residential installation of fiberglass batts, blankets, and blown insulation in multi-story buildings/homes
- Commercial installation of panels, sheet goods, fireproofing, acoustical and thermal batts, and spray-on insulation
- Removal and disposal of old/removed insulation materials
- Drive a company supplied vehicle/box truck to and from the jobsite
- Load and unload materials into company truck
Qualifications:
- No experienced required, paid training is provided
- Ability to install (or learn how to install) various insulation/rain gutter materials
- Lift heavy materials (30-50 lbs.)
- Ability to withstand exposure to heat, dust, and other weather/construction site conditions
- Ability to climb ladders and scaffolds at multi-story residential sites and commercial buildings, work at heights, and safely climb in and out of small and non-climate controlled environments (attics, crawlspaces, etc.)
- Must have a valid driver's license, be at least 18 years old, and be authorized to work in the United States
Banker Insulation offers hourly paid training ($15/hour) and an hourly pay rate of up to $18/hour DOE after training (for rain gutter installers) or a piece rate pay plan of up to $18/hour DOE (for insulation installers). Installers are paid on a weekly basis.
