Position Title : Associate Attorney (Appellate / Trial Support)
Location : Tampa, Florida

Position Overview :
The Associate Attorney position is based in our Tampa office. As an Associate Attorney, you will work with a team of attorneys to provide legal advice and representation to our clients, and you will be responsible for performing legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and engaging in client communication. The position will include litigation support assisting with pre-trial and post- motions / memoranda / briefs, attending hearings and trials as needed, preparing appellate briefs, and presenting oral arguments.
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications :
- Law degree from a fully ADA accredited law school
- Judicial Clerkship experience preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in doing trial support / appellate work
- Ability to manage case load and litigation staff
- Be able to work independently but also collaboratively with Practice Group Leaders
- Strong writing and oral communication skills
- Excellent research and analytical abilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- An active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
