Position Title : Associate Attorney (Admiralty / Maritime Law)
Location : Tampa, Florida

Position Overview :
The Associate Attorney position is based in our Tampa office. As an Associate Attorney, you will manage a diverse caseload spanning maritime litigation, arbitration, and transactional matters. You will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications :
- Law degree from a fully ADA accredited law school
- Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing Admiralty Law
- Ability to manage caseload and litigation staff
- Manage a diverse caseload of maritime litigation, arbitration, and transactional matters
- Perform appellate research
- Stay updated on developments in Admiralty Law, regulatory changes, and industry trends.
- Possess excellent research skills, specifically utilizing Westlaw
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- An active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
