Accounts Payable Specialist

We are currently seeking a self-driven, innovative, and creative individual to join our growing team to direct our marketing efforts. This is a full-time position at our offices in Burnsville.

JOB DUTIES

Responsible for accounting functions including but not limited to:

1) Manage accounts receivables payments daily;

2) Handle daily deposits for checks and online payments;

3) Code and enter vendor invoices as received;

4) Process check runs;

5) Balance and reconcile multiple accounts;

6) Collect documents and receipts from employees;

7) Send out customer statements and make collections calls as needed;

8) Backup phones and service call dispatches as needed;

9) Other projects and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

· High school diploma required

· Accounting Associates or Bachelor’s degree desired

Experience

· Three or more years accounting experience required

· Customer service experience desired

Skills

· Extreme accuracy and attention to detail necessary for success in this position

· Excellent communication and organization skills required

· Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner

· Works well under pressure with little supervision

· Ability to interact professionally with employees and customers in-person and via phone and email

· General computer experience including knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook necessary

· Knowledge of ECi eAutomate software is highly desirable

COMPENSATION

Salary

The hourly range for this position based on education, previous experience, special skills and qualifications. Robust benefits package available along with a generous vacation policy.

Hours

This is a full-time position Monday-Friday 8am to 4:30pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
