Key Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- UFT responsibilities in addition to the following
- Recruit and develop talented sales agents, reflecting equal opportunity guidelines.
- Develop and manage sales activities.
- Assure that compliance goals & requirements are met by all agents in the unit.
- Continue unit agent development by utilizing in office product training and encouraging enrollment in industry sponsored education.
- Accountable to develop additional Unit Sales Supervisors within branch / satellite branch.
- Recruit, select, and train all unit agents; develop a consistent flow of qualified applicants to the position of sales agents with the best potential for future success.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mange a team
- Ability to organize, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Education and Experience:
Minimum Qualifications required to perform the role:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Field of study: N/A
- Certifications/Licenses: Life & Health license
- Related Work Experience: 30k APC’s in last 6 months or 60k in last 12 months. 3 productive Agents (6k APC’s previous quarter)
