Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Social Media Recruiter located in Salem, OR. The Social Media Recruiter will be responsible for managing and executing social media recruiting strategies, creating engaging social media content, sourcing candidates, and maintaining a strong online presence for recruitment purposes.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in social media recruitment strategies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
