Job Summary:
The Treasury Management Officer (TMO) provides sales and service of non-credit Treasury Services business solutions to customers and prospects utilizing a consultative sales and relationship management approach. They will participate as the Treasury Services liaison for various product and repricing committees as assigned.
Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities:
- Customer portfolio management
- Represent the Treasury Services Department on the various product and re-pricing committees as assigned
- Sales and service of Business Services products to existing customers and prospects
- Support of other bank officers with customers, prospecting, proposals, and referrals
Education and/or Experience:
TMO Level I:
- BA/BS degree and 1–2 years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Sales experience with consultative selling skills
TMO Level II:
- BA/BS degree and 3-5 years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Sales experience with consultative selling skills
TMO Level III:
- BA/BS degree and 5 years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8 years treasury Services experience
- Sales experience with consultative selling skills
Specific Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of banking and Business Services products and services
- Knowledge of banking deposit operations processing
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of bank regulations
Hiring Salary Range
The hiring range below reflects targeted base salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s prior related experience & education and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to base salary, most positions are also eligible to participate in our annual bonus program. Select positions may also be eligible to earn incentives and/or commissions. TMO I: $75,000 - $90,000, TMO II: $86,000 - $102,000, TMO III: $100,000 - $120,000
