OVERVIEW / DESCRIPTION
Lead Budget and ALM team, overseeing strategic planning, budgeting, financial analysis, and Asset Liability Management (ALM). Develop programs, policies, and procedures, and manage staff to ensure alignment with business goals.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Strategic and Capital Planning :
Develop strategic and capital plans across multiple banks.
Analyze operating results and financial forecasts.
Manage ALCO meeting materials and planning.
Model liquidity, funding, investment, loan, and deposit strategies.
Provide backup for CFO and Controllers.
Manage Finance and ALM processes and staff.
