Summary: Processes all electronic inclearing files received from the Federal Reserve and BankFinancial On -Us. Processes Image transaction, includes posting, balancing and reporting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitors the Image File transfer, commits and backs-up functions.
- Downloads Inclearings electronic files from the Federal Reserve on a daily basis.
- Validates receipt of all files against the Fed Line file history from Federal Reserve.
- Downloads On-Us electronic Inclearings file.
- Captures any checks received as paper cash letter from the Federal Reserve.
- Makes corrections by performing combine-entry.
- Balances all Inclearings files.
- Provides adjustment notices to Research and Adjustment area.
- Transfers Exceptions files transmitted daily from in to EPM (Exceptions Processing Manager).
- Formats Inclearing files to be transmitted to IS.
- Transmits End of Day files to IS for posting.
- Monitors and commits Imaged File Transfer.
- Reviews Missing Items Discrepancy Report after every scheduled cycle for processing missing images.
- Maintains customer account information confidentiality.
- Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education/Experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Data entry and/or item processing experience helpful
