Accounts Receivable Accountant

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated Collector / Staff Accountant to manage debt collection and support month-end close processes within our growing company. This role requires a detail-oriented professional skilled in financial reconciliation, communication, and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain accurate financial records, streamline accounts receivable processes, and assist in resolving discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Accounts Receivable & Collections

Enter work order tickets and bill invoices in the system.

Reconcile general ledger accounts.

Ensure compliance with sales tax, business licenses, and other regulatory obligations.

Address financial discrepancies tactfully with customers.

Assist with special projects or ad hoc requests as assigned by the manager.

Required Skills & Experience :

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
