Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Analyst to join our team at BankPlus. As a Data Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data across all business applications to support BankPlus management in making informed decisions for process improvement initiatives, staffing efficiencies, and special projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data to produce reports that provide insights into organizational performance.
- Create data collection systems and strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Use BankPlus data reporting software to assist with special projects assigned to the Application Specialist, Process Improvement Analyst, or Loan Operations.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain the reporting for the Risk Management Report of Activity for Board Reporting.
- Work with individual department leads to develop departmental metrics to assist with staffing level reviews.
- Work directly with team leads to assist with organizational projects as needed.
- Ensure data integrity by working with department leads to validate results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or comparable programming certification and 5 years of banking experience.
- Experience with tools like Cognos, Power BI, and SQL.
- Experience with report design and development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize, make difficult decisions, and manage multiple tasks at the same time.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Smartsheet.
