Responsibilities:
- Support the review and verification of mobile deposit submissions.
- Conduct daily quality control checks on mobile deposit images and high-value transactions.
- Assist in identifying and escalating potentially fraudulent or suspicious deposits.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and provide feedback to the team.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in progress or higher in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
