NBAZ is looking for an experienced Business Loan Liaison for the Biltmore Corporate Office in Phoenix.
Essential Functions :
- Work on business loan issues and projects.
- Make independent decisions, within lending authority.
- Assist in the ongoing development of business lending process to increase efficiency and profitability.
- Interface with Private, Commercial, Retail and Small Business regarding business loans.
- Work closely with the centralized loan and servicing groups.
- Provide quality customer service to customer and branch personnel.
- Respond to branch processing and servicing inquiries, analyzes and resolves the issues.
- Write procedures, training material and communication in a comprehensive manner.
- Performs loan research.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Requires a Bachelor's Degree and some experience with business banking products, lending processes and procedures, credit policies, or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
