We are looking for a Client Relations and Acquisition Specialist to join our Retail Banking Administrationteam in Houston, TX.
Essential Functions :
- Perform outbound sales and service calls to prospective and existing bank clients.
- Responsible for expanding client base by sourcing new relationships and cross-selling bank products and services to new and existing relationships.
- Responsible for handling customer inquiries and problems as needed. May assist clients with product offerings, selection, loan application processes and opening accounts.
- Generates qualified referrals while following operational procedures and adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Provides support to business unit personnel as needed.
- Assists with department projects and tasks as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Requires High School diploma or equivalent and 1 yrs experience in inside sales, branch banking, and services, customer service or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.
