NBAZ is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join Arizona's #1 Community Bank in our Biltmore Corporate Office in Phoenix.
This position supports NBAZ's Commercial RE, C&I and Credit Administration Groups. This position represents various NBAZ lines of business, our clients, and our internal partners. Top candidates will have excellent customer-service skills and a positive, can-do demeanor.
The EA must be collaborative and have a positive attitude, excellent work ethic and strong sense of urgency. To be successful in this role, one must show initiative, be able to work independently, consistently seek solutions, and effectively multi-task and master new concepts and tasks quickly.
Essential Functions :
- Provide a variety of administrative and operational services to support the Executive Director.
- Anticipate needs and show flexibility and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced, deadline sensitive work environment.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information with a high level of interpersonal savvy. Build effective relationships with all people inside and outside the organization.
- Prepare complex spreadsheets, power point presentations, gather and interpret financial data.
- Maintain calendar planning / travel coordination, expense reports, client greeting, board& conference room scheduling, phone management.
- Create and format documents electronically, including memos, itineraries, status reports, presentations (PowerPoint), spreadsheets (Excel) and other related documents.
- Assist in managing event planning / leadership & coordination, as well as other meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
A four-year college degree in business, finance or related is strongly preferred with 2 year's experience as an assistant, preferably in a similar fast-paced and demanding environment. An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
Schedule : Monday - Friday : 8 : 00 A.M. to 5 : 00 P.M.; 40 Hours
