We are now accepting applications for our Retail Banking Staffing Coordinator position, whichwill work out of our Centerville office for six months, and thenwill offer a hybrid schedule, working both in-office and at home, dependent upon satisfactory performance.The ideal candidate for this position will be able to perform the following functions :
- Createschedules for retail branches and manages a group of Retail Support employees who cover for branch employee turnover, leaves, etc.
- Workdirectly with branch managing staff and regional leadership to create branch schedules on a weekly basis.
- Actas the point of contact for same day call outs and working with regional presidents on staffing strategies.
- Directly overseea team of Retail Support employees for the area they manage.
- Be responsible for approving timecards expenses.
- Perform other responsibilities, assignments, and projects as assigned.
