We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator with extensive experience in sales and a deep understanding of Salesforce . This candidate excels in planning, implementing, and developing campaigns and reports to support our promotional and marketing initiatives. They are adept at training, motivating, and influencing area personnel to boost sales productivity. This role will work closely with leadership and finance to ensure sales goals and incentives align. With a strategic mindset, they assist in developing plans to meet lines of business sales objectives and support managers in achieving overall sales goals. They conduct sales staff meetings, educate staff on new and existing bank products and programs, and coordinate with key department partners and sales leadership to align efforts and achieve sales and service objectives. As a Salesforce Liaison, they champion the adoption and use of the platform, acting as a subject matter expert and resource. They provide guidance, create sales tools, and leverage data to support frontline teams, ultimately driving increased sales productivity.
Essential Functions :
- Responsible for planning, implementing, and developing promotional and marketing initiatives, as well as expanding the company's sales culture
- Trains, motivates, coaches, and provides guidance to assigned area personnel in order to increase sales productivity.
- May monitor incentive payments.
- Helps with development of strategic plans in order to meet regional or departmental sales objectives.
- Assists managers with overall sales goals.
- Conducts sales staff meetings and educates staff on new and existing bank products and programs.
- Other duties as assigned.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $61,000 - $90,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
Salary : $61,000 - $90,000
