ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to be flexible and the ability to work with all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and professionalism to represent the Bank in a positive way in dealing with clients and other team members.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Collaborating with members of the development team to design and develop new features
- Contributing to and improving existing systems
- Participating in code reviews and design meetings
- Researching, testing, and evaluating new programs and software
- Writing and implementing efficient code
- Applying foundational knowledge in practical ways
- Completing other duties as assigned
