Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or related field required.
- 6 years of bank branch leadership and operations experience; 2 years in a supervisory/management role leading a project, process, or team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation, and systems.
- Proven client service, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
- Demonstrated success in sales and business development, with ability to analyze client credit data and other financial information.
