As a Branch Manager with Banner Bank, you'll oversee the daily operations of a branch office, including sales, consumer lending, and client service. You'll develop new business relationships, provide coaching and guidance to staff, and achieve individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals, and account retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of bank personnel, providing training and supervision as needed.
- Delegate day-to-day operations to staff members and perform duties in their absence.
- Promote the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance, and staff motivation.
- Partner with community organizations to increase visibility and enhance new and existing business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or related field required.
- 6 years of bank branch leadership and operations experience; 2 years in a supervisory/management role leading a project, process, or team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation, and systems.
- Proven client service, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
- Demonstrated success in sales and business development, with ability to analyze client credit data and other financial information.
