As a Client Relationship Specialist , your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service to clients while actively engaging in sales and service activities at our branch locations. Your role will include :
- Opening new accounts and assisting with banking transactions.
- Cross-selling a wide range of Bank products and services.
- Taking loan applications and processing bookings.
- Maintaining client account profiles and addressing inquiries.
- Presenting tailored financial solutions to meet clients' specific needs and referring them to other services when appropriate.
