As a Client Relationship Specialist , your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service to clients while actively engaging in sales and service activities at our branch locations. Your role will include :

  • Opening new accounts and assisting with banking transactions.
  • Cross-selling a wide range of Bank products and services.
  • Taking loan applications and processing bookings.
  • Maintaining client account profiles and addressing inquiries.
  • Presenting tailored financial solutions to meet clients' specific needs and referring them to other services when appropriate.

Requirements :

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a client-facing role or similar position.
  • NMLS registration or the ability to obtain one is required.
  • A strong passion for providing outstanding client service.
  • Capability to analyze client needs and make informed financial recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and advisory abilities.

  • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Targeted starting hourly wage (based on experience) : $18.00 - $25.20 / hr.
  • Potential for additional incentive earnings.
  • Comprehensive employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, LTD, STD, and life insurance.
  • Paid vacation and sick leave along with 11 company-paid holidays.
  • 401k plan with up to a 4% match.
  • Tuition reimbursement offered.
