As a Middle Office Documentation Review Specialist, you will verify completeness of loan packages being submitted for commercial loan documentation. Reviews loans to ensure that credit standards are maintained and that loans conform to established bank policy and regulatory requirements before ordering internal loan documents.
In this role you'll have the opportunity to :
- Responsible for integrity of loan documentation for all commercial loan types as related to Commercial Real Estate, UCC secured, Unsecured, Lines of Credit, Letters of Credit, Aircraft, Preferred Mortgages, SBA 7a, Express, 504s, etc. with regards to new loan originations, renewals, extensions, and modifications.
- Performs complete verification to ensure all loan documents are properly documented, are in accordance to the terms and conditions of the credit approval, established departmental guidelines and compliant to regulatory requirements as it pertains to local, state and federal guidelines.
- Responsible for communication to CBC staff and documentation team for resolution of any concerns that may hold up the closing processes.
- Responsible for making permitted edits to records in Capitalstream essential to documentation.
- May be responsible for participating in required training for team members on aspects of loan documentation including the use of Capitalstream, other required applications, or pertinent compliance laws and regulations as required by Banner Bank.
- Responsible for complying with policies, procedures, security requirements and government regulations.
- May be cross trained in other middle office functions for backup purposes.
