Banner Defense is in search of an FMS Radar Test Integrator to join our team! In this role you will utilize strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills capable of interfacing verbally and in writing with Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Subject Matter Experts (SME) and Prime Contractor.

Position Description
Banner Defense is in search of an FMS Radar Test Integrator to join our team! In this role you will utilize strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills capable of interfacing verbally and in writing with Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Subject Matter Experts (SME) and Prime Contractor.
Responsibilities
- Support the SN-Sensors X-Band AN/TPY-2 Radar Program Manager for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program (SNXF).
- Provide test support and program updates to leadership for the major end items of the KSA AN/TPY-2 Radar as well as other MEIs such as the KSA Portable Chiller Power Distribution Unit (PCPDU).
- Coordinate White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) Casper Site requirements, verification and test planning. Ensure test sites meet radar requirements for power, space availability, data reduction capabilities.
- Track and support test activities (hardware and software) related to KSA AN/TPY-2 development, radar sell off, CONUS and OCONUS System Integration and Checkout (SICO).
- Support Captive Carry Testing planning and execution.
- Provide weekly status briefings for leadership.
- Provide engineering support to the SNXF integration, facilities, exportability, logistics and acquisition/contracts team members as needed.
- Provide support and coordination to other teams, such as engineering, logistics, and quality.
- Support regularly occurring meetings regarding the development and testing activities of the KSA AN/TPY-2 radar.
- Apply disciplined systems engineering practices, identify and resolve complex problems associated with technical performance requirements, systems integration, and performance.
- BS/BA
- 7 years' experience working on missile defense-related or other DoD program / project
- Familiarity with Army/Navy Transportable Radar Surveillance and Control Series 2 (AN/TPY-2) Hardware Configuration and Components
- Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS)
- Active Secret Clearance
- Travel (25%) to prime contractor facility, test ranges, and foreign weapon site locations (KSA).
