Position Description:
Banner Defense is in search of a hardworking Program Protection/Anti Tamper Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to focus on the identification and protection of Critical Program Information (CPI) and analysis and development of Program Protection Plans and solutions to ensure that developed and fielded capabilities effectively deter efforts to Reverse Engineer (RE), exploit, or develop countermeasures and ensure against RE, replication, or modification by an unauthorized nation or organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with Program Protection (PP) efforts which include updating Program Protection Plan (PPPs) and related Critical Program Information (CPI) and component issuances for Missile Defense Systems (MDS) protection, as well as developing training plans.
- Assess, define, develop, and implement Systems Security Engineering (SSE) requirements.
- Preparing PPP and CPI guide documents and issue papers.
- Provide on-site assistance to MDS programs in execution of program protection activities in compliance with DoD and MDA requirements.
- Identify and prioritize security vulnerabilities discovered by vulnerability analysis tools and develop appropriate remedial countermeasures in the Program Protection Plan (PPP) and Anti Tamper measures.
Required Skills/Experience:
- 7 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in STEM required
- Ability to resolve client complaints and concerns by thinking critically
- Ability to propose plans and solutions that align with customer goals
- Active Secret Clearance
- Ability to travel at least 10% of the time
Desired Skills/Qualifications:
- 12 years of relevant experience
- Masters in STEM
- Ability to coordinate Integrated Product Teams (IPT), Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs), working groups, tiger teams, splinter groups, etc.
- Ability to track and document all Program Protection initiatives and present results to the Program Managers, GM Chief Engineer, GM Chief Systems Engineer, and GM Technical Director.
- Ability to be a primary POC for PP initiatives
- Top Secret/SCI Clearance
