Certification Details BLS Active state licensure ACLS Job Details Registered Nurse (RN) position at Banner Desert Medical Center High-tech, high-touch philosophy of care Tertiary referral center for the East Valley of metropolitan Phoenix State-of-the-art technology in all departments Job Requirements 24 months minimum of current Med Surg experience - REQUIRED Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old) Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED Travel experience - Preferred Schedule Information Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed All RTO should be listed on the cover page, must be less than 7 days RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment or holidays All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission Unit Specific Information Banner Cover Page completely filled out Resume with all facilities, facility size, beds, trauma level, and units listed Skills Checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than a year old) Learning modules must be completed prior to start of assignment Additional Details Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered - please include a copy in submission Flu vaccination - Banner declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms) Please add vaccination status in the submission notes Banner has very specific background requirements that must be adhered and attested to
