Certification Details BLS ACLS Job Details Registered Nurse (RN) position at Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa, Arizona. Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered. 24 months minimum of current PCU experience required. Job Requirements Active Arizona RN License required. Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission and included in submission - REQUIRED. No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED. Schedule Information Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed. All RTO should be listed on the cover page, must be less than 7 days. RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment or holidays. Unit Specific Information All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission. All departments the traveler is open to working must be checked on the cover page. Additional Details Candidates must include a copy of their AZ home address on their drivers license in submission. Flu vaccination - Banner declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms). Learning modules must be completed prior to start of assignment.
