Schedule Information
Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed
All RTO should be listed on the cover page, must be less than 7 days
RTO will not be approved in the first 2 weeks of assignment
All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission
Unit Specific Information
Unit requires Pediatric Emergency Room experience
Skills Checklist specific to the discipline must be less than a year old
