Banner has a specific cover page! PLEASE vet all locations to the travelers and add all experienced departments candidates are willing to ACCEPT / work in.
Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed.
All RTO should be listed on the cover page, must be less than 7 days.
RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment or holidays.
All facilities the traveler is open to working in should be listed on the submission.
If interested in 'any' location, please include what states (I.E. Any AZ, Any CO, Any state, etc.)
All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission.
All departments the traveler is open to working must be checked on the cover page.
All candidates submitted should be preclosed and ready to accept.
Job Requirements
24 months minimum IR experience for Level 1 Trauma and Stroke procedures - REQUIRED
24 months minimum of current Special Procedures Technologist (Angiography) experience - REQUIRED
Experience setting up / scrubbing into sterile field, experience with angio, filters, ports, caths, tubes / drains - REQUIRED
Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED
No License Hits - REQUIRED
Schedule Information
Banner will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.

Vascular Interventions, Device Implants, Central Line Placement, Stroke Thombectomies, Neuro Interventions experience - Preferred
Travel experience - Preferred

Skills Checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than a year old)
Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old)
Certifications (must be active at time of submission)
