Banner Elk Cafe in Banner Elk, NC is looking for one bar back to join our 67 person strong team. We are located on 324 Shawneehaw Ave S. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged.
Responsibilities
- Backup bartender/ Tipped out daily by the bartenders.
- Refill low and empty and bar stocks
- Change kegs
- Clear empty glasses
- Clean and replenish glass supply
- Restock ice
Qualifications
- Must be 21 and have some bar experience
- Outgoing and engaging personality
- Proactive at identifying and completing work needs
- Ability to assess station needs and act accordingly
- Great spoken and written communication
